We walked into the John R. Wood Properties at 8845 Tamiami Trail N. Naples ( Pelican Bay Market Place) and were warmly greeted by Jane, who put us in contact with Matt Witt, the Team Manager to Greg and David of Team Paradise. I had never sold a home, but my husband had been through the process many times before. Usually, one would be left to observe the process but Greg and David did not talk past me, they kindly explained the logistics of home sales with me. My husband and I have worked with other agents in years past but I must say that David and Greg have been the best Realstate agents we have had the pleasure of working. What makes them different is their approach to their clients is extremely professional, they listen and make what you need happen. They are always there for you!! One morning when I was getting our home ready for the showing I noticed a light bulb being out in one of our fixtures, needless to say I was stressing out!! I called David , he put me at ease and went out of his way to pick up the light bulb so the showing would go perfectly as planned. Now who would do that? Only David Burke and Greg Gorman!
