We have been coming to Naples every March for the last 13 years. Before we came down this year, we were looking to buy a condo in a friendly, active, and financially sound community. We chose Autumn Woods because the community offered all of that and much more. Our Realtor had emailed us a beautiful first floor unit with a two car garage and had said the listing agents were David Burke and Greg Gorman of Team Paradise. We own three homes around the country and we have both said that this was the easiest transaction we have ever been a part of. Team Paradise does such a great job from start to finish. After we closed on the property, we figured that we would need a deep cleaning and started to research that before we moved in. When we got there, it was as if no one ever lived there. The cleanliness was amazing to us. They made sure that all of the appliance information was still in the unit. All keys, garage door openers, and information on the community was neatly stacked in the kitchen with a very thoughtful note. We would highly recommend David and Greg to handle anything in the future.
