David is an excellent realtor and very proficient in his performance. He had the groundwork prepared, and our home sold within 3 days of the listing. His talents and abilities have made him a valuable resource as a top notch realtor. We will definitely use David on all our other properties, he is just that good. He answered all our questions and concerns with a smile always on his face, greatly appreciated.

David Burke was excellent throughout the entire process - from getting our condo ready through closing with all the ups and downs in between. David took time to make sure we understood the current market in Naples, the pluses and minuses of different options, and all the details of closing. I highly recommend David Burke and John R. Wood properties if you are looking to buy or sell a home!

We met David three years ago while visiting Naples. We have been looking for a condo for three years but were very specific as to where we wanted to be. David was very knowledgeable and thorough in helping us find the right unit for us. We are so impressed with his honesty, energy and enthusiasm during our search for the property we purchased. David went above and beyond our expectations and is a delight to work with. We highly recommend David .

I feel comfortable recommending David & Greg because they will do whatever it takes to sell your home and make it easy for you. I’m still working up North and they handled so many small, but important details and always kept me abreast of important information. David Burke and Greg Gorman are simply the best Realtors that I’ve worked with! I highly recommend that you give them a call when you need to sell or buy. These guys are my realtors for life in the Naples area.

As a former real estate agent in New York and now currently licensed in Florida, I can say with confidence that working with David as the Buyer's Agent was a true pleasure! He was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. His focus on the customer was evident based on the buyer's satisfaction and comfort level. I look forward to working with David in the future! Kathy Kozar, Realtor William Raveis Real Estate 720 5th Avenue Naples, FL
