David Burke

I am thrilled to provide an outstanding testimonial for David and his remarkable team. I cannot thank David, Greg and Mary Kay enough for their exceptional support during the daunting process of moving my dear Mom and selling her condo. His team's assistance in ensuring that Bunny got into Seascape was also invaluable, as it allowed for the successful sale to take place. I must say that David and his team are consummate professionals, exhibiting unparalleled patience, kindness, and expertise [...]

This is our 3rd real estate transaction working with David, Greg and their team. They are consummate professionals who always listen to our needs and make the entire selling and buying process stress free. We recommend them highly to anyone looking to sell or buy in the Naples area and can’t even imagine working with anyone else. They are the best!!

I cannot begin to explain how helpful David and his team were to my family. They were able to assist us with selling our property that was damaged by the hurricane, place us in a rental and also help us to find a new home. Many roadblocks along the way but David, Matt, Greg and Mary Kay went out of their way to make this very stressful situation as smooth as possible. They answered every call or question with immediate results. They are very knowledgeable and professional in all situations. I [...]

Working with David to sell our house was an amazing experience! Upon hearing we were about to be grandparents for the first time, we decided to sell our home of 22 years and move out of state to be close to our son and daughter-in-law. Not an easy decision and we really didn't know what to expect or where to start. David was recommended by our next door neighbors and from the first meeting we felt that we were in very good hands. Professional and highly knowledgeable about the local market, he [...]

This is a class act operation! Greg and David are absolutely sweet hearts, and I strongly advise anyone looking to buy or sell a home to reach out to them. They sold my home for full cash price in 7 hours. They were meticulous and attentive to all my needs, and I am a real pain, so they get a gold star. Keep up the great work, boys!

David is one of the BEST realtors that we have ever worked with. His abilities to keep things smooth and on track is just amazing. He continually not only meets, but far exceeds all of our expectations. We use David as our "Go To" realtor, and we always will. His care and concern for getting all the details correct makes for an easy opportunity to relax during the entire transaction. Naples has many realtors to choose from; do yourself a favor and use the BEST the first time, you won't be sorry.
